Judy Martin: Meditation Panels

Title:Meditation Panels
Instructor: Judy Martin
Process: Stitching/ Quilt
Workshop Duration: Three Day
Date: Friday 16, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October, 2015
Location: Neddies Harbour Inn
Presentations of archetypal imagery from around the world and how these marks and shapes connect with our spiritual need for ritual are the inspirational basis for original and personally scaled meditation panels.  Hands on instruction in Judy’s improvisational methods of working over foundation cloth in combination with more traditional hand piecing, reverse appliqué and hand embroidery will start participants on a project that will continue to nurture the maker over a period of months.
This is a quiet workshop.
